SeaKits Delivers 100th Yacht With MMS Onboard

MMS Onboard - Marine Maintenance SystemHudson, MA – March 30, 2010 – SeaKits has delivered its award winning Marine Maintenance System (MMS) to the 100th yacht. Marytime, a new Nordhavn 60 owned by Victor Murray, was the 100th vessel to receive MMS installation which was completed in December. SeaKits also provided complete spare parts outfitting for Marytime which included stocking the boat with the essential service parts to support all planned maintenance as well as common repair parts; all parts are carried aboard in water resistant kits. MMS will provide Victor with a comprehensive and easy to use approach to managing all of the maintenance, spare parts, and technical documents aboard Marytime.

To commemorate this milestone, SeaKits has designed the “MMS Onboard” logo to mark those yachts benefiting from the leading maintenance program for serious cruising yachts. The “MMS Onboard” logo identifies a yacht that is maintained to the yacht builder’s and equipment manufacturer’s high standards and is sure to maintain its value far above yachts using ad-hoc or repair-driven maintenance programs. Yachts using MMS have crossed oceans and are providing their owners with safe and reliable cruising.
