Zimmerman Marine Introduces Priority Service Program for Cruisers.
Zimmerman Marine Incorporated (ZMI), a yacht repair and custom boat building yard with four locations in North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland, has introduced a new service program for cruisers. The ZMI program provides cruisers in the mid-Atlantic with priority access to a network of boat yards. All vessel work order records are stored in a shared database, so that boat history is easily accessed from any of the yards. In addition, ZMI has partnered with WheelHouse Technologies, so that all maintenance alerts and records from are accessible from each location through the Marine Maintenance System.
The program includes the following benefits:
Transient Priority Service: 24 hour service response if you are cruising and stop at one of our yards with a problem.
– Tech Support: direct cell phone contact for tech support to address underway problems.
– Annual Engine Room Inspection: mechanic will go through our inspection checklist once per year, within 12 months of qualifying
– Annual Oil Analysis: includes annual sampling of main engine oil.
– Annual Wheelhouse Marine Maintenance Subscription – annual subscription to their maintenance program with all ZMI yards included in updates and notifications regarding vessel maintenance.
